Specialising in traditional Northumbrian fayre the menu features such regional delights as beef from Glendale livestock lamb from the Till Valley and fresh fish from Amble all beautifully accompanied by Northumbrian Real Ales and local meads. The restaurant itself has a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere and overlooks the Hotel s beautifully maintained garden where guests can enjoy a spot of alfresco dining on those warmer Summer days. During the colder months the Copper Bar has its own large log fire and is the perfect place for pre-dinner drinks and socialising with friends old and new. With such splendid surroundings and exemplary service it is no surprise to learn that the Hotel is a perfect venue for weddings and other celebrations. From small intimate affairs to lavish occasions for up to 100 people the hotel has the flexibility and the know-how to ensure that all events are both memorable and successful.
