Golden Fry

Went a few night ago about half 10 at night, was told there were no chips! Really?? No chips at a chippy. Ended up going to Divitos where they happilly made fresh chips for us.

Delivery usually takes over 45 minutes and their portions are now kind of small, they definitely do not reflect the high prices.

Furthermore, once when I ordered fish and chips, there was literally no fish, must soggy batter which was all sticking to the bottom of the box.

Until this is sorted our, Equis it is!

Am a regular customer of The Golden Fry Hamilton and find their service to be excellent. The wide menu choice is perfect for my family as we all have different tastes and The Golden Fry Hamilton meets them all. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Hamilton area.

Thank you for the too little too late offer. That was the reason we came back to your shop, to give you a chance to rectify the situation. I think you really need to brush up on your customer service skills, and remember that 2 of your customers may also know 102 other, potential customers..... In your own words `dont come back`

Congratulations to the owners of this family run Fish & Chip Shop for providing quality food with a friendly & efficient service.
Recently refurbished to an excellent standard & the choice of food is second to none.
Prices are also in line with other local chip shops but the quality of food can't be matched.
Recommended to everyone in Hamilton as their best local Fish & Chip shop.
