New Orchid Garden Restaurant

went to orchard garden with my family for a bday , we had heard great positive feedback prior to dining there but we went away highly dissappointed and upset!!!!! we booked table 4 8pm was taken upstairs to bar while table was prepared but after 1 hour we had to ask waitress to see if any sign of r table?? we sat down at 9.15 and was still being served starters at 10.15!! as we had another place to be ( wedding) i had to get attention of a waitress and have our main meals boxed up , they took a round of drinks off the bill but had we not sat there 4 over 2 hrs waiting we would not of had so many drinks on the bill. which by the way where apart from 1 all soft drinks!! we have all woke up today upset at such a bad experience and total waste of our evening !!!

i have had many fabulous meals at this restaurant, and have always been impressed with everything from the menu choices to the friendlyness of all the staff, they make you feel warm and welcome and are always on hand to help out.
the restaurant has had an extensive refit moving the bar area to the upper level and has expanded the dining area and is much more impressive and entertaining, probably the best chinese restaurant i have attended.
in all an excellent venue for couples, family and business entertainment.
