from the moment of arrival a fantastic picturesque building appeared in front of us ,couldnt help notice the perfectly tended gardens to the front of the inn, which i would say led me to believe the inside was going to be very pleasing indeed and i wasnt dissapointed, a huge roaring log fire was crackling away what a cosy atmosphere it produced, couldnt wait to get my coat off not because it was to hot i just couldnt wait to try the food, the staff were very pleasant and helpful well mannered and very smartly dressed ,the menu was well varied what a choice i wanted to try it all ,so very appealing i found myself watching every dish that passed me by and the presentation was excellent for each dish ,i also found that we did not have long to wait for our meal as i tucked in i was in heaven everthing on the plate was done to a t full marks to the chef and all the staff at the cohrane inn i will be back for more on saturday evening 12th march for an other wonderful evening
