The owners say:
The Bucks Head reopened on 6th July 2012 under new ownership of 19 year olds Richard Hayward and Sam Elstone having undergone a loving restoration which has strived to retain the character of both the 16th century and 18th century parts of this beautiful Grade 2 Listed property.
Serving fresh local produce and a good selection of local beers, this Free House has been refurbished to allow different areas to suit all tastes.
There is a 32 seater restaurant serving an a'la carte menu and a separate bar area serving bar meals. In the 16th century lounge area there are comfy sofas and chairs where you can drink coffee and kick back. The lounge leads outside into a newly landscaped private garden with a terraced area where you can eat and drink in the sunshine.
