Good English cooking, could do with some refurbishment
  7 / 10
The food at the Bulls Head is good old fashioned English Cooking. The price is right and the portions are generous. Drinks tends to be higher cost than average. A relaxing place to eat with no music and customers tend in the main to be more mature couples. The pub itself is an old coaching inn and is charming. However it could do with some refurbishment. In the winter is can be draughty and the seating is not the most comfortable. having said that we would return for the food.

Great food, good value, no music or television blasting out
  9 / 10
The Bulls Head in Clandon is a short distance from the National Trust property in Clandon. The pub has retained much of its original charm and has the appearance of an Old Coaching Inn. The food is excellent value with the home made pies its speciality. There is a specials board with some interesting dishes on it. The ambience is sedate and is best for couples or small groups rather than families. Cask ale is also sold here.It is well worth a visit

An "Old Worldy" traditional pub serving great food
  8 / 10
The food here is terrific with a good choice on the menu.reasonably priced. Some nice beers. Now more of a restaurant than a pub. old oak beams and real feel of centuries gone past. Coul;d be a tad more comfortable but all round worth a visit. A small car park.
