Amran Tandoori Inn

Was celebrating a special anniversary and decided to order in a take away, phoned the order in and were interrupted a few times by the other telephone going off which was fine at the time, my husband had to repeat our order several times, felt as though he was being rushed off the phone. Food arrived over an hour later but we were 1 main course short, my husband phoned to advise but the abuse received over the telephone totally put us off receiving any further food from this venue, was more or less told he was stupid and agreed with order read back to him when placing order and that he had "done this before",he asked to speak with someone in charge and was accused of trying to receive a free meal which was not the intention at all, just wanted what was originally ordered, such a shame because food is normally really nice, just need to sort out the staff serving as we will never use this venue again and will also tell everyone we know the same,disgusting customer service in a time where people are falling over themselves in other places to give you the best service possible, would not recommend this to anyone.
