This is a below average restaurant,the food service is generally slow,

The quality of the food is average but expensive, £4.75 for apple crumble seems a bit excessive, the worst experience is the mens rest room which can only be described as a health risk, no hot water, overflowing urinals, I do not think stuffing copious amounts of toilet tablets will ever overcome the basic problem of a blocked drainage system which has been ongoing for the last three years, the smell now filters through to the main bar area. in contrast the ladies amenities are good.
Not a place for your Romantic weekend to start, O.K. for bar meals.
