This place is at best, devoid of atmosphere, at worst, verges on menacing. The selection of drinks is poor and with regards to music, it my experience the quality hasn't been great and the volume is so overpoering as to make it fairly unpleasant (FYI I frequently visit a wide range of small and large gigs in all manner of establishments).
In fairness the price are reasonable but it's not worth going out of your way for.

what a place

if ever there was a perfect pub to visit this is the one its got everything from terrific bands on fridays brilliant friendly atmosphere and great food at affordable prices
