La Gondola Restaurant

Without doubt the worst restraunt meal I've had in a long time , possibly ever.
The evening started bizarrely with the drinks order being taken as soon as we walked in the door, still standing in the doorway, before being asked to wait in the rather shabby conservatory for about 15mins until our table was ready. We were then taken into the restaurant to find it was just about empty and the table had been ready ever since we had arrived. The pasta dishes tasted like a can of chopped tomatoes had been mixed with some undercooked onions and then poured on the pasta and we had potatoes that were black and inedible . When we complained, the waiter disappeared and was never seen again.
