Ma Hubbards

The food is cheap and tasty! That's the best bit! The staff were miserable and not customer focused. All just stood around chatting to each other instead of tending properly to customers. The tables and cuttlery needed a good clean too! If you want a bargain meal out then it's worth a visit but other than that don't get your hopes up! You pay for what you get here!

I recently travelled from Luton to Doncaster Petanque club to play in a national competition. After the event myself & three other players from our region had a drink & ate in Ma Hubbards as the petanque courts are situated at the rear of the pub.The food was both well presented & cooked & the portions superb. Value for money was second to none. I can only suggest if you are anywhere near Doncaster you give Ma Hubbards a try. I'm sure you will be as impressed as we were.I would also like to thank the staff for making us feel so welcome throughout the day. Thanks also to Doncaster P C for their hospitality.
