The Blacksmiths Arms

This traditional country pub, was until recently a diamond in the rough, but a year ago it was bought by Dave & Mandy from the Ship@Bawtry. What can I say? This pair seem to have the golden touch! Set in a typical farming village, with mediterranean style beer garden & kids play area outside.

It has 4 excellent hand pull ales & a bar menu plus dedicated restaurant, the quiz night on a friday is a great night & the Sunday Lunch is good. The steaks are Dave's usual - so nothing short of excellent there

- I would expect this country diamond to earn a CAMRA award in the not so distant future - they already have the coveted CaskMarque accreditation for the care they take in keeping their ales.
