not very helpfull
went to this mcdonalds on sunday 27/6/10 got there befor 10am staff were slow and because of this it was one min after 10 so was told pancakes had finished at ten i did not want fried breakfast ! when i asked to complain was told because it was busy they did not have pancakes defrosted thats why i could not have them i thought this was fast food , and defrost can be done in microwave ,but thats not my prob if i want a form to complain about service then i should not be refused even if nothing comes of it ,i will not use this branch again and had a long hungrey jurney thanks mcdonalds alferton branch
