Ordered Omelette and given Chicken - Not only that I had been changed for a King Prawn Omelette!
Wouldn't recommend home delivery as the food is usually cold!

I found a black hair in my food and phoned them up to let them know. No apology, they just said ok. I won't be returning.

This is very ideal takeaway to go to, because of its convenience. There is a free delivery service for anyone within a 3 mile radius, which is handy. The staff also prioritise with orders to make it more quick and efficient for me to make my order. I regularly purchase from Slowboat because of this. Unfortunately, there could be wheelchair access to the restaurant; my disabled friend visited and could not enter due to steps, therefore he cannot buy from here again. I often don't have time to make dinner, and this is an easy alternative, as it is quick, efficient, and most of all, easy. However, another downside worth mentioning is that they do not accept online orders, which is slightly disappointing, but overall, fantastic.

Slowboat is a very reliable takeaway with excellent prices on their meals; I am a frequent customer of Slowboat, and the low prices are mainly why I continue to purchase from here. Unfortunately, they do not offer discounts for regular customers, so there is no incentive of buying again. Also, family orders or large orders are not discounted, therefore there is no motive of buying more, nor is there a reason to keep buying from Slowboat. I always buy from here, mainly because of the low prices in comparison to other takeaways. I would recommend it.

Slowboat is an excellent chinese takeaway, and good value for money. I often buy from Slowboat, mostly because is has such a good customer service. No other chinese takeaways offer friendly, polite customer service. On the other hand, during a busy evening, staff can sometimes lose patience with customers, which makes me less likely to come again. At first, I was reluctant to buy from here, but it has highly exceeded my expectations. Concerns and queries are answered very quickly. But, sometimes the meals can vary in quality- they can be very inconsistent at times which makes me not want to purchase from Slowboat again. Also, my orders are always accurate. Highly reccommended.
