We ordered the day before for a very large order becuase we knew how busy it would be, we then went to pick up th eorder on new years eve which was great and on time only to find that when we got it back home half of the order was missing. When we called the take away shop to explain they argued with us saying check your boxes we did put it in, they then went on to say that what we had ordered we have not got becuase we were not charged for it, after an argument (thought the customer was always right) not in this case they said they would deliver the rest of our order, great but we had opened all our other food, so we started to eat, then a knock on the door some 1 1/2hours later with the rest of our order great this went straight into the bin if we had had waited for it then the reat of our food woudl have been cold. Although the food was good i must admit the service was very very poor and even though they put the order right it was far to late and to argue with a customer on the phone not good if that was my business i would have thrown something in extra and sincerly appologised for my errors, not in this case though even though the bill came to well over a hundred pounds for the order they didnt even chuck in some extra prawn crackers, wont be using them again!
