All the meals are excellent, I must have tried each of them. However it would be wonderful to see some fish on the menu other than deep fried or salmon and the house wine by the glass although good in comparison to other establishments could be a little better.Come on you guys, the decor is restful,the welcome friendly, the food good, wine list varied/good and the ales interesting.The makings of a great evening for eating, drinking and fratonising with the locals and besides, they do the best steak in town.

the staff at the "NICHOLLS ARMS" are very friendly and very welcoming. The wood paneling,carpets and lounge furniture,makes this pub a very pleasing place to eat/and or/drink in.I would highly recomend this pub.Landlords Dave & Pearl have got this just right.
