The Millstone Inn and Brasserie is situated next to the Rivington reservoir in Anderton, near Horwich, in an area renowned for its natural beauty. Located in what was once a public house, the dining room has been transformed into a bold and modern bar and restaurant - with wooden floors and deep red walls - serving excellent contemporary Mediterranean food. Both locals and out-of-towners love the Millstone's signature fresh flavours, and favourite dishes include the sea bream baked with bay leaves; farfalle pasta with smoked salmon and spinach; and the grilled chicken breast with green olives, avocado and spring onion salsa.
