Rose Lane is a complex of 5 houses within a securely gated development which is monitored by CCTV. Each house contains between 6 and 8 bedrooms and either 2 or 3 bathrooms to be shared between residents.

There is no parking within the development itself but it is currently possible to park on nearby streets at no cost.

Liverpool which is currently Capital of Culture is a fantastic place to visit and offers a selection of art galleries, museums, 2 football stadia, The Albert Dock, River Mersey, Beatles Museum, shopping centres. What's more it's all joined together by a comprehensive network of road, rail and ferry links that makes destinations a joy to travel to.
