MY REVIEW
This hotel is in a quiet residential area however there is a park nearby.
A brick was thrown through our windscreen on the driver's side overnight to the point where we were unable to drive our car.
I know you can't blame the hotel but while we waited hours calling our hire company and glass repairers trying to work out how we could continue our holiday the manager never once even offered us a drink.
Staff were not surprised that this had happened, even pointing out the CCTV cameras in the car park which we'd unluckily parked underneath in the blind spot. Perhaps telling your overnight guest that they shouldn't park there would be helpful.
Even when the lunch service started (and we found the windscreen at 9:00am) they still didn't even offer us lunch.
If I had a customer who had had their property vandalised at my property I would be trying to at least make the remainder of their stay more comfortable - and I certainly wouldn't be asking us if we were staying another night! ;/
Rooms were basic.
