On arrival I had to go and find a member of staff. The first person I came across wearing an Indikart T Shirt, told me he didn't work there. This was not true as he was then involved with Marshalling the children.
The staff at Reception ignored me, and only acknowledged my prescence after I stepped into their office. They displayed disinterest. The safety marshalls on the track, whilst the children were racing, played with their mobile phones, and waved to their colleagues.
The racing itself was not value for money. The track is hired for 1 hour. The groups were split so that each child only had 15 minutes of racing. Even the child whose birthday it was only raced for this time and then had to hang around for friends for 45minutes.
An extreme waste of £334.00, and I would not recomend this Company to anyone.
