My son had a birthday party at the Andover Venue in October 2008, the staff were unhelpful and unenthusiastic on the day, they didn't organise races as promised, only non competitive races, they didn't allow some of the boys to race, saying they were too short even though they were allowed to race the following week in Eastleigh. No birthday cake was available, despite having paid for the birthday food which included a cake, the rest of the food was extremely poor. My complaints to the office have been ignored simply by not responding, a very expensive party which was not a success, I would recommend looking at the other companies to avoid disappointment.
