I went to this place with a recommendation from a from, but the attitude of the owner was horrible. The level of customer service is below what you would expect for any decent establishment. A bit unfortunate as they came highly recommended.

If your looking for a no nonsense gym then this is the place to be.
It's a hard core gym for those of us who can't be bothered with the spandex crew and posers.
A proper gorilla gym with no frills and rip off prices where everything costs extra, all the equipment you'll need to push your body to the limit. Everything from cardio kit to the full on heavy weight bodybuilders kit.
Great friendly atmosphere and great advice for all you proper bodybuilders/fitness guru's.
The only thing I would say is take a decent CD and get them to put it on while you train.
