Swancote Country Club

HEY EVERYONE - IM EMMY... I WOULD JUST LIKE TO TAKE A FEW MINUTES TO TELL YOU ABOUT SWANCOTE SWIMMING POOL.

We are a outdoor open air swimming pool, we are NOT a heated pool and we DO NOT advertise as a heated pool, we have been looking for sites advertising that we are a heated pool, but are still yet to find them?? If you know of a link please send them to any of the links below... many thanks.
Our swimming pool water is tested and chlorinated twice daily,
I take my 18 months son swimming in the baby pool, which the water is linked to the big pool, which my son loves, he cries when i take him out and there is NO WAY i would let my son swim in dirty water... as i would NOT put him in any harm.. just like we WOULDNT put any of our swimmers in harm.
we did give a refund but it had nothing to do with advertising or the coldness of the pool but out of good will and gesture!!

WE DO STRONGLY RECOMEND THAT YOU BRING YOUR CHILDREN ON A WARM DAY, OTHERWISE YOU MIGHT FIND YOUR CHILDREN ARE COLD... WE DO RELY ON THE ENGLISH SUNSHINE.. APART FROM OUR COLD WATER SWIMMERS!!

This pool was not heated and not very clean, I had read reviews and thought it would be a great day out. Unfortunately the pool area was dirty and the pool temperature was far too cold, the children were dithering. I was given a refund and informed that the web sites for swancote pool are made up!

i went to swancote out door swimming pool last year, and ive been again last weekend, the toilets were clean and had running water, soap and paper hand towels. i got there for 11am and left at 4.30pm, in that time i saw the pool staff check the toilets every hour, i was very pleased about that. the grass was cut and was very busy, lots of familys playing with there children in and out of the pool, also there was people of all ages there... which i found lovely as my children made new friend and we going back so they can meet them again... the staff were very helpful and very polite. i thought the food was reasonably priced.. and very good.. at first i did think £5.00 entry fee was a lot but when i was then told i could come for 10am till 6am i thought it was a great price... im definitely going back and would recomend it!! :) also they had a big bouncy side which the kids loved to play on... :)
