Good fish and chip shop

This is the best fish and chip shop in my area; in fact it is one of the best I have tried (except for the one on Brighton pier which no longer exists as the pier burnt down).
I have had them about 10 times and: The chips are fresh most of the time (once they were a little dry but it was near their closing time) the fish is not overcooked/dry and lovely and tender with lovely crispy batter. The portions are massive too.
Well recommended. NB it closes at 9pm hence 9 stars not 10.
