Acton Arms

This restaurant/pub re-opened today and my husband and I went for lunch there. We had a really great experience. From arrival to departure we were treated with friendliness and competence. The new managers and staff were polite and able. The restaurant was bright and airy with some interesting features. It has obviously been refurbished to a high standard and is clean and fresh. As we arrived we were struck by the ambience and the tables were all ready for the customers. Our meals were beautifully prepared and served. The staff behind the bars and in the restaurant were all capable without being intrusive whilst we ate. The outside of the restaurant has also been refurbished to a high standard. Would recommend this as a great place to eat. Incidentally there is a really well equipped childrens play area and also a well appointed outside area to drink or eat in. We will return.
