Once an excellent village pub, now ruined by the current landlord who prefers to sell food and have the place swamped by kids.Once a welcoming pub now greeted by drongos who would crack thier faces if they smiled. Now nicknamed the wacky warehouse, it has driven its loyal long serving punters away, especially after the decision to offer beer and lager at £2 a pint every Friday from 6 to 8 and offer kids free food if their parents are with them. The creche in the back room is very popular now, since they built on the extension at the back to house the prams and push-chairs. Never mind things promise to improve as they have decided to teach the bar staff how to speak English. Well worth a visit.
