Shocking customer service.

Ordered Pizza at 8.00pm and was told it will be with me within the hour. 2 hours later it arrived, pretty cold. When asked what was the hold up I was told its was bank holiday Monday and i should expect a wait! No appology at all. I did expect a wait, a wait of one hour like i was told.

2 Hours! FFS. I wouldnt have been as bothered if i had been told two hours when i order it instead of being lied to. I suppose they know if they had told me two hours then i would have gone elsewhere.

Certainly wont be ordering from there again. Order from "Borge" in stockton (01642 618678) instead.
