The Burlington Hotel  

Just come back from the burlington hotel, the staff are lovely, and food is good and good value, as for the bedroom/shower room,we stayed in room 15, the shower curtain was full of mould and milldew, as was all the walls and ceiling, there was a horrible smell of damp in the room, the shower soap dish had slim on it, this hadnt been cleaned for some time, and the PINK PLASTIC beakers that we had for our tooth brush holders were full of wet, slimey water, the sink and tiles hadnt been washed r cleaned while we were ther as their was a stain on them when we arrived and was still there when we left, and the maid left a dirty wet SOILED towel on our bed that wasnt ours, we reported this to a member of staff and took the towel down to reception, we were told that it would be looked into, the next day we went to reception to see what they had to say, the MANAGER of the hotel was stood at the desk and as we spoke to a member of staff, he just stood listining, he never approched us and we never got any feed back about our complaints what so ever,also,by the end of our stay tiles from the shower were falling of the walls into the shower tray, so we couldnt shower, anybody who is thinking of booking this hotel,DONT, i have taken photos and will be contacting the travel company who we booked with as they have raterd this hotel a 3 star, what a joke, maybe the HOTEL INSPECTOR should pay them a visit, MRS BELL, WARRINGTON.
