Pretty gardens, interesting house and stunning tearoom
I am a regular vistor to batemans. The perfect place for an afternoon stroll around the pretty and perfectly kept gardens. I love to wander down to the mill through the wild flowers next to the stream.

The house is very interesting and beautifully kept. The highlight of visit here has to be lunch or afternoon tea in the tearoom. Fantastic selection of locally sourced food. Really really yummy and the very best freshly baked scones in Sussex. What a little gem of a tearoom.
