We did not have the chance to rate the food, but the customer service is non- existent. We were told very abruptly that we would have to wait 20 minutes before we could place an order as they were very busy, (one table of 8- 10 people ). After 25 mins. I tried to order and was told that it would be a bit longer. Then a waitress finally appeared to take our order; we asked how long the food would be as we had already been there for half an hour. She disappeared into the kitchen and seconds later a very unpleasant looking man strode out saying, " I cook my food to order and if you want it quick you should go somewhere that heats it up from frozen in a microwave!" This was for the benefit of all the other customers as well. I suggested he should improve his managerial and customer relations skills and we left. The Rose and Crown along the street provided a meal in 15 minutes.
