I placed an order for delivery for my family and was told up to an hour wait
I gave them an hour an 10 minutes being a Saturday night, when I rang to find out how long it would be the MANAGER said 10 minutes so I waited ... And waited ,20 minutes later I rang back and was told another 10 minutes to which I told them this was unexceptable just to be told it will definatly be there , so once again I waited with my young children complaining that they were starving , I rang again after another 10 minutes by this time Id had enough and asked for the manager all he said all he could do was say there was nothing he could do which I replied is not good enough , he was not at all sorry and there was not even an offer to take at least half if not all the money off the bill or call the driver to find out where it was , I cancelled my order to which he didn't even try to stop me which makes me believe he had not even made it ,I was extremely angry after a much frustrating conversation my poor children ended up having toast for dinner as it was now 10:30 pm and was too late for me to order from somewhere else or even feed my children that time of night
I will never ever order from here again extremely poor customer service
I will be telling everyone I know not to order from here aswell

Absolutely great chicken, the best ive had. Pizza is lovely. I always order the drumsticks because they are simply "gorgeous". They also do great breakfast omelettes,,,Would give full marks but their english breakfasts aint gr8.
