Welcome to my restaurant site my name is John McAlpin and I am the owner of the Restaurant. I will be on hand to ensure you have an enjoyable dining experience. The building itself used to be the old town hall back in the 1800's and was converted into a picture house in about 1930. It was thereafter turned into a tea room in 1970 and I carried on from my family and made the Glenfiddich Restaurant as you see it today. I employ a good team ensure that your time with us is memorable and your food wholesum and tasty. With Dufftown being the Malt Whisky Capital, The Glenfiddich Restaurant is ideally located with its wide range of malt whiskies to enjoy during your visit. Our relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff will make you feel at home. In the winter time we have the open fire burning making the restaurant cosy and snug for those long winter evenings.
