very dissapointed

We have been eating in this restaurant 8/10 times a year for many years, on christmas eve 09 we had the worst service and attitude i have ever experianced in any eating establishment. they obviosly don`t need my Â£1000.00 or so a year and supprise supprise they won`t be getting it either. If you read this Jack take note, "dont take your customers for granted"

not suitable for coeliacs and damn rude about it!

Phoned these today to see if they can cater for a gluten free'er, got snapped at and then they hung up! not very nice . . . . .
