We dine regularly at the Crown and Cushion, usually on a Wednesday night as we are made to feel welcome by the waitress. The food is always well cooked and presented and served with a smile. I especially like the duck and my husband loves the homemade steak pie. Its great value for money although the beer is a little expensive compared to other pubs which is why we have not given it ten stars. We have been told that the chef is preparing a new menu and we are looking forward to sampling it.
