We have been to the Imperial before in the past and were even more disappointed then so when we were told it had been taken over and refurbished etc we thought we would give it another chance but were very very disappointed.
We complained to the owners who sent us one voucher for £10 which you could only use if you bought drinks and food together and you could not get 2 meals for the price of one and thus this was unacceptable to us as we felt we deserved two meal replacements at no extra cost to us! I complained again. I wont be going to this pub again as the Manager was very unpleasant and unhelpful.... we just wanted our voucher used accordingly. Now as she has treated us like this we will not return here. Shame really. Customers are always right!
