Westminster Tea Rooms

My wife and I ate here last week. Very expensive, badly cooked, poor quality and luke warm food. The tablecloths were badly stained and both our cutlery had the remnants of the previous diners meal ingrained on them. The owner approached us and we brought our problems to his attention. He stated that it had been a busy period and stated that if we called back at a less busy period we could expect a better service. He then insulted us further by stating for an additional fee we could bring any elderley relatives to his tea room in his limousine!!! how's that for customer service...
