HORRIBLE HELL HOLE......SO RUDE AND VERY DIRTY.

THE TABLES WERE ALL STICKY, KNIVES AND FORKS VERY GRUBBY, LOADS OF COBWEBS HANGING FROM THE WALLS AND CEILING.
TOILETS VERY VERY SMELLY, ONLY 2 LADIES TOILETS, PAPER ALL OVER THE FLOOR.
TERRIBLE SMELL OF URINE COMING FROM THE GENTS OPPOSITE!

THIS IS ONE GROTTY HORRIBLE PLACE, I HAVE NOTIFIED THE BREWERY IN CHARGE AND AM WAITING FOR A REPLY...I WILL POST THE RESULTS FROM THEM ASAP.


AVOID THIS PUB!

Went to this dreadful place again.....I thought it might have changed, but how wrong I was!
I went there last night (saturday) with some friends.

The lady at the bar was so rude to my wife, all my wife asked was `will you be lighting the open fire tonight' the bar staff said `oh no not tonight, we dont light it this time of year its a waste of money' and walked off!

it was freezing in there AGAIN!
We was planning to have a meal, but we just had a drink and left...
when we looked at the menu, it hadn't seem to change since the last time we went.

IT WILL BE A BLOODLY LONG WHILE BEFORE WE GO BACK AGAIN! the only time we will go back is if the management/ staff go!

BE AWARE OF THE NASTY LADY BEHIND THE BAR

A regualr at the Lamb and went again last night with a close friend for a rare catchup. We have always found the food excellent and consistant, something for everyone. Service is friendly and attentive without being too obtrusive. Their cheaper alternative menu for Tuesdays and Wednesdays always a hit when wanting a midweek night out with the girls for a catchup and far nicer than any towncentre chain bing food! A lovely little pub who have got it just right.

The service was great, good food choice .... something for everyone, wine good........ I ate inside where the fire was raging and if anything a tadge too warm !!!

I TOOK MY GIRLFRIEND HERE FOR VALENTINES DAY, AND WISHED I HADN'T. THE PLACE WAS FREEZING COLD, JUST 2 FIRES WERE LITE, THE RADIATORS WERE JUST WARM, WE HAD TO KEEP OUR COATS ON. WE ORDERED OR FOOD ( WHICH WAS A FIXED MENU) AND IT TOOK 45MINS FOR THE STARTER TO ARRIVE, THEN ANOTHER 30MINS FOR THE MAINS. THE FOOD WAS VERY AVERAGE, NOTHING FANTASTIC, QUITE TASTLESS IN PLACES. THE SERVICE WAS CRAP! IT WAS SEAMED AS IF IT WAS RUN BY STUDENTS, THE OWNER WAS NOT SEEN BY US AT ALL. IT WAS VERY EXPENSIVE £60.00 FOR TWO PEOPLE, I EXPECTED SOMETHING BETTER FOR MY MONEY! IF YOU WANT MY ADVICE ---- DONT BOTHER!
