This place was highly recommended to us, but we had to wait over an hour and a half for our food which was cold, expensive and no apology from the delivery driver.
After an hour we politely rang B.V. up twice asking how long the delivery would be and was told "2 minutes".
After 90 minutes we decided to cancel the order and the man taking the orders put the phone down on us!
Our delivery eventually came (although we'd cancelled it) and we handed back the food.
We appreciate that a Saturday evening is a peak time, but the customer service was rude and non-existant.
