Saturday 26 september 2009 in the afternoon I ordered two childrens meals and one adult. I as not sure that one of grandchildren would eat it m 81 year old mother said she would share his.I returned from the toilet to the managress shou ting out the rules to me if my mother wanted a meal we could have ordered a smaller portion.Mum said she had been shouted at by the Mangeress.It was about food ordered not being
eaten with my grandson and mum having apoor apetite. Mum is still upset by the inicident. The worst was yet to happen, the manageress was discussing us at an audible leval with the three people on the next table and they were laughing at us. The children did not receive their desserts, to be honest they were frighted of her and my mother was trembling with her shouting at us. Whatever he situation we didinot deserved t be shouted at especialy was the situation was unbeknown to the manager.
