I approached the manager called Louise about hiring the hall for my disabled sons 16th birthday party,whom totally refused me the hire of the hall as "she didnt do 16th parties"I explained that the party would be would be fully supervised and as the majority of attendees are also in wheelchairs and that I really did not see why she was totally refusing me the hire of the hall the pompus patronising excuse for a homosapien went on to reply that she was "so sorry that my son was disabled" but she wasnt going to allow me to hire the hall. I informed her that her remark was a form of discrimination so basically to all you people out there whom want to hire this venue it has no disabled access the toilets are a joke nor does it even have a lowered bar so diabled people can be heard and seen when they order plus it is seriously over priced she doesnt know about the DD Act watch out youre breaking the law by not being complient to it as you are offering a public service!
