I recently took my car to Bumper to Bumper in Musselburgh for a full service and was shocked when I went to pick it up and received a bill for more than twice what I expected to pay. They had carried out work on the car that did not need to be done (the car had been serviced a year before so, for example, it did not need new air filters). When my partner and I queried the bill they merely shrugged their shoulders but had no real explanation for why they had done the work. We were very disatisfied and felt that the garage was trying to pull a 'fast one' on us. We won't go back again.
