Finding Curves of Beckenham has changed my life. I was never comfortable in gyms before, but now I love exercising there and am learning how to change my lifestyle for the better. The manager, Sue, and all the girls are warm and friendly and so knowledgeable in helping me get fit. And it only takes 30 minutes 3 times a week. I've lost 2 stone already and gone from a size 16 to a 12 in only 6 months--without starving myself! Thank goodness for Curves.
