I've been practicing at Bikram City for a few years, as well as other yoga studios in East London. If I can find the time then Bikram City is always my first choice, mainly for the feeling I've had a really good yoga session but also have put more effort than I would at the gym. As other people have noted, the changing rooms can get a bit crowded between busy classes, but most of the other yoga studios I practice at have either one communal shower or no showers at all and they charge just one or two pounds less than Bikram City. I think although it is a bit more expensive, with the heat and the overall experience Bikram is better value than other yoga studios. I guess we just have to accept that yoga studios in London in general are more expensive than elsewhere but so is everything else!
