Staffs are rude, rooms are cramp, toilets are narrow. My friends and I booked and paid deposite for 3 days, but when we reach there, they have no room for us, we were told that due to the system error, other travellers had taken our room. We could only stay there in the first night and we had to find other places for the next two nights. We could not take back our deposit for the next two nights. We were given two choices: 1. take back our deposit and leave the hostel immediately or 2. stay in the hostel for the first night but no deposit would be returned. We have no choice but to accept the first option because we were new to London. The hostel gave us 7 beds in a 14 beds dorm but when we went back at night to the hostel, other people had taken our beds and the staff told us he could not do anything but one of us had to move another room. The staff agreed that we were allowed to have early breakfast before 8.30am as we need to attend conference, but the next day they broke the promise.
We tried to have baths in the morning, but no hot water supply, and the were no lights in the bathroom too.
It is wosrt than just a hostel, really a nightmare!!
