This is a Woman-Only Health Studio with Toning Tables - Sun Beds and Gym
which is well run by Nicky - the owner - who has a good team of Female Staff who look after Members very well. The atmosphere is good and Members are friendly too. They have opening hours to suit everyone and premises are well maintained. There is a small car park as well. Busiest times are when Mums take Children to school - they tend to book in then. So, it is unique facility in Thurrock as a small, friendly, reasonably priced Health house. Not as posh - or pricey as Bannatyne's - but, nevertheless - great service.
