63@Parklands restaurant shares a name with the lauded Perth institution â??63. Award winning executive chef Graeme Pallister has trained at elite restaurants throughout the UK, including the two Michelin starred Restaurant Andrew Fairlie at Gleneagles. Offering dinner from Thursday to Monday, 63@Parklands is Perth's answer to fine dining. The menu focuses on Scottish cuisine and produce is sourced from local suppliers. The fixed menu changes regularly but always offers a choice of two starters, two mains and two desserts. The emphasis on seasonal and local produce means diners can expect to be tempted by dishes like scallops with Perthshire pork with chilli caramel and orange reduction; or wild Scottish duck with slow braised puy lentils, artichoke puree and port jus. The dining room is light and spacious with clean, contemporary decor and there's also the option of pre-dinner drinks in the bar, lounge or summer terrace when the weather permits.
