The Hardwick has become a serious gastronomic destination since beginning life as a country pub in the 1800's. Winning Best Gastro- pub in the UK 201011 in the National Restaurant Awards as well as AA Restaurant of the Year for Wales.The evolution is now complete with the addition of eight luxury rooms a new bar and an extended dining room with private dining facilities.
