Gallery Loft Conversions - taken 11 months to date and still not finished the JOB

I used Gallery Loft Conversions for my house, they started in October 2009 and 11 months later - still have not completed the job and resinding on agreements.

We are still hoping for a happy outcome - but so far they have failed on many points. Would never use them again.
