Miserable place

What is it with this place? The people who run this are soooooo miserable. You have to be asked to be served, and then it seems like a struggle. It's also a bit pricey. If I can wait for something to arrive via the internet I will, only go here if it's a bit more urgent. Like most sports shops these days, they focus on clothing rather than sport equipment. Cheer up folks for god's sake! A smile for the customer wouldn't go amiss!
