Mr Hooson (t/a Brian Ellis) owes us money
Brian Hooson Trading as Brian Ellis was the subject of an Unfit Conduct statement from The Insolvency Service in July 2009 (check Insolvency Service website Court Number 45026842008)
I am the owner of a flat in Southport. Along with two other flat owners in the same block we paid Brian Ellis £150 per month for property management. When we became unhappy with the service we were receiving and found out about his history, we asked for the return of our unspent contributions ---approximately £480.
He has refused to repay us
